Your content

You keep your rights to uploaded media and contributed content. You authorize us to store, process and transmit it as needed to provide the features you request. This permission does not include model training, selling your content or unrelated promotional use. To the extent we hold rights in generated output, you may use that output for your business. AI output may be similar to other output and may require third-party permissions.

Your review

AI drafts can be wrong. Review factual claims, rights, offers, dates and destinations before publishing. You are responsible for the material you upload and the content you approve. Do not use the service for unlawful content, impersonation, unsolicited bulk messaging or unauthorized access.

Packages and payment

Free remains available indefinitely with its published allowance. Paid packages are monthly subscriptions for individual companies. Each company has its own package and usage. Prices and allowances are listed on the pricing page. Allowances reset monthly at 00:00 UTC on the first day, do not roll over, and include reserved jobs until they complete or fail. Failed generations return their allowance.

Paid subscriptions renew until canceled. Manage the selected company’s subscription from its billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; the company then returns to Free. Package changes may prorate the current bill. Failed payments or an expired paid period remove paid access. See the refund policy.

Connected services and agents

Only connect accounts you may manage. Approved publishing and scheduling can send content to those services. Agent access is available on Agency packages, scoped to one company and revocable. You remain responsible for actions taken using credentials you issue.

Availability and limits

We provide the service as available and cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, particular marketing results or error-free AI output. We may suspend abuse or unauthorized use. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
