Refund policy

Use Free for as long as you need before upgrading a company. Paid company subscriptions renew monthly until canceled.

Cancellation

Open the company’s billing page and choose “Manage payments or cancel.” Cancellation stops the next renewal. The paid package remains available until the end of its paid period, then the company returns to Free. Canceling one company does not change another company’s subscription.

Refunds and billing questions

Sales are final for change of mind, non-use or cancellation. We investigate unauthorized charges and verified fraud. This policy does not limit any refund or dispute rights that applicable law requires.

For an incorrect or unauthorized charge, contact billing@hustlelaunch.com with the company name and invoice reference. Keep payment card numbers out of email.
