Your work stays yours.

Uploaded media and user-contributed content are not used for model training. This includes your business information, prompts, drafts, edits and files, on every package. We do not sell that content or share it with data brokers.

What we process

We store your account details, company information, campaigns, drafts, uploaded files, publishing connections and usage records to operate your workspace. Stripe handles payment details; we store subscription references and payment status, not full card numbers. We record product events and errors to understand whether features work.

AI processing

When you request a generation, the relevant business context and instructions go to the selected AI service. Text requests use OpenRouter routing that excludes providers collecting data for training and requires zero data retention. Image and video generation use inference endpoints, not training or fine-tuning endpoints. We do not send your uploaded media to a training service. Provider processing, abuse prevention and file delivery are distinct from model training.

Services that help operate your account

Clerk handles sign-in. Convex stores application data and files. Vercel hosts the application. Stripe handles billing. OpenRouter and fal process requested generations. Resend delivers account emails when enabled. PostHog measures product usage and Sentry records application errors. Publishing services receive only the content you choose to send. We limit analytics to identifiers, feature events, package and usage counts; we do not deliberately include draft text, prompts, uploaded files or connection credentials.

Publishing and connections

Connecting a service does not publish a draft. You choose the destination and approve publishing or scheduling. Connection credentials are encrypted in storage. You can disconnect a service and revoke agent access in your company settings. Third-party sites may retain content that you publish to them.

Retention and choices

We keep workspace content while it is needed to provide your account. You can delete drafts and uploaded media in the application and disconnect publishing services. Operational backups, security records and legally required payment records can outlast a deletion request. Contact privacy@hustlelaunch.com to request account deletion or ask about your data. Email preferences control optional weekly messages; operational messages may still be needed for your account.

Security

Authenticated operations verify company ownership. Usage limits and package access are enforced on the server. Publishing and agent credentials remain company-scoped. No service can promise perfect security; tell us promptly if you find a problem.
